Compressor units for machinery room installation

All units have a galvanized and polyester painting (RAL 7035) steel casing. The basic version has following equipment: compressor, liquid receiver fitted with a safety valve and a liquid line valve.

Upon request, the units can supplied with the following accessories:

  • Rubber vibration dampeners D
  • Special wooden crate packing P
  • Anvibration dampeners on suction and discharge lines SA-DA
  • Liquid line filter and sight glass FG
  • Liquid separator on suction side S
  • Solenoid valve SV

Compressor

The units come with two different compressor types:

  • Semihermetic: MC/LC x B, Bitzer - MC/LC x F, Frascond.
  • Scroll: MC/LC x C, Copeland

All compressors are fitted with suction and discharge valves, charging connections, crankcase heater, oil sight glass, oil charge and vibration dampeners. 50 Hz threephase electric motors are protected by internal thermistors, in the lower power units, and by an external Kriwan module in the other models.

On request the compressors and fans can be supplied with a different voltage and frequencies.
QEM Electrical panel (optional)

Installed on the condensing unit, it includes: door main switch, compressor protection fuses STD (Opt. protection by automatic switch), compressor contactor, compressor delayed start-up timer, protected secondary circuit by transformer, warning lights, terminal box ready for: pressure switches, fan speed regulator and Kriwan.

The electrical panel is supplied with all components completely wired (compressors, pressostats,etc.)
