Condensing units for outdoor installation

All units have a galvanized and polyester painting (RAL 7035) steel casing. The basic version has following equipment: compressor, condenser and a liquid receiver fitted with a safety valve and a liquid line valve, liquid line filter and sight glass, high and low-pressure switches,condenser fanspeed regulator, electrical panel.

Upon request, the units can be supplied with the following accessories:

  • Rubber vibration dampeners D
  • Liquid separator on suction side S
  • Solenoid valve (not fitted) SV
  • Oil separator OS
Compressor

The units come with two different compressor types:

  • Semihermetic: CMC x B, Bitzer - CMC x F, Frascond.
  • Scroll: CMC x C, Copeland
  • Hermetic: CMC x BR, Bristol

All compressors are fitted with suction and discharge valves, charging connections, crankcase heater, oil sight glass, oil charge and vibration dampeners. 50 Hz threephase electric motors are protected by internal thermistors, in the lower power units, and by an external Kriwan module in the other models.

On request the compressors and fans can be supplied with a different voltage and frequencies.
Condenser

Condensers selected for the units are significantly oversized for their respective compressors, so highly efficient.

Coils are made of copper tubes and aluminum fins (2.1 mm pitch).

Axial fans are 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase.

Motors are protected by internal automatic reset thermal contacts.
QEM Electrical panel

Installed on the condensing unit, it includes: door main switch, thermal relay compressor protection with automatic switches, compressor contactor, compressor delayed start-up timer.

The electrical panel is supplied with all components completely wired (compressors, fans, pressostats,etc.)
